How to Use a Percolator Coffee Machine

  1. Add Water: Fill the water chamber of the percolator with cold water, based on the number of cups you want to make.
  2. Insert the Filter: Place a filter in the percolator basket. This will help keep grounds out of your coffee and keep the machine clean.
  3. Assemble the Percolator: Put the basket and stem into the pot and secure the lid tightly.
  4. Prepare Your Coffee Grounds: Measure 1 tablespoon of coffee grounds for each cup of coffee. Adjust based on your taste preference.
  5. Add Coffee Grounds: Add the measured coffee grounds to the filter in the percolator basket.
  6. Heat the Percolator: Press the top left button to turn it on.
  7. Let It Brew: Allow the coffee to percolate for about 7-10 minutes, depending on your strength preference.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Turn off the heat and let the percolator sit for a minute. Carefully pour your freshly brewed coffee and enjoy!
Tip: For the best flavor, avoid percolating for too long, as it may lead to bitterness.
